Watching his father go through the process of developing the family horse farm into residential lots and lots for apartment buildings, Curt got his first taste of land development as a child. Later, in the early 90’s he began buying and fixing up duplexes, subdividing lots and learning the ropes of land development.
Curt’s amicable, collaborative approach to negotiating the inevitable resistance that goes along with land development and his creative vision for innovative design has, over and over again, resulted in beautiful, well-functioning neighborhoods and satisfied residents.
Steve brings a comprehensive understanding of the workings of government and regulatory authorities to Lake West projects, ensuring a streamlined flow through the complex approval processes.
